    This has become my go-to Starbucks on the way to my mom's. The drive thru lines can get long nearly any time of day. If you're like me and getting a single simple coffee, it can be a bit frustrating to be stuck behind a giant SUV-driving soccer mom with a laundry list of specially ordered frappuccinos. I mean, not to hate here, but if you see a line o' cars, it may be better to hoof it inside. I've been in the drive thru twice before and have had my drink comped for me: once for a REALLY long line, and once when I actually had to go back inside because they forgot to add the soy to my drink. Of course I would never ask for such a thing: they just did it and were extremely friendly and apologetic for delays. They staff is VERY friendly and VERY thorough: when I ask for ___ number of sugars in my coffee, they ask if I want Sugar in the Raw or regular granulated. Awe-some! Having worked customer service myself, I know how tough it can be to maintain that smile when customers are a bit over-the top or the workload gets extremely stressful. They pull it off nicely here! :) Rock on, Lake Zurich S'bux!

    Majority of the staff is great but they always screw up my drink the only reason I still go is because it's right next to my work. I don't get anything complicated I get an ice tea

    Walk-in distance from my home. I like to take kids there for treat. No waiting lines, always empty tables to seat.

    A great Starbucks location! I have never been inside, I have only used the drive thru, but it has always moved quickly and provided me with great service. Last time I was here, I ordered the Cool Lime Refresher. I am a sucker for new products. It was not very good. I had a couple sips and then chucked it. It was much too sweet. My friend ordered the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher. I tried hers and it was much better than mine, but still not something I would order in the future.

    Awful parking lot, and a 'there's-no-turning-back-now' drive-thru. Seriously. Once you pull in, you are committed. Better have your card with you.

    Furious! The barista handed me a short, hot coffee with the lid not properly in place. I noticed just as I was about to put it in the cup holder in my NEW car. The lid popped off and coffee exploded EVERYWHERE. Down my gear shifter, into the on/off switch for BOTH of my seat heaters, filled up both cup holders and the change dish in my center console as well as splattered all over my fabric Coach bag. When I handed the exploded coffee cup back to the barista, it also spilled all over the exterior of my car. and between the window/door jamb. I immediately asked for a WET RAG to clean up the disaster while my husband frantically tried to mop it up with the 2 whole napkins we could find inside my car. The barista returned with a DRY towel to which the coffee continued to flow into any crevice in its path while the barista went off again to find an actual wet rag. Meanwhile, coffee was running down my arm and sinking into my leather seats. For my troubles, the barista handed me two "free drink" coupons (which covered the 2 drinks that we just ordered - one of which had exploded all over my car, so, technically, I only really get one free drink). I was also given the phone number to his regional manager. The icing on the cake - upon receipt of my drink - it wasn't even correct. I cannot believe that after all of this, they still screwed up my drink. I have left a message with the regional manager and have not had a reply. All I am asking for is to have my center console cleaned professionally, the soiled electronic components professionally inspected by the dealership to ensure they are not permanently damaged and my Coach purse dry cleaned. That would make me whole. I will be in contact with corporate tomorrow if I have not received a resolution.

    On the days when I'm already exhausted and I haven't even made it to work yet, swinging into Starbucks is a must. Sometimes the drive-thru line here gets a little long which is irritating when I'm trying to get to work, but the baristas do a good job of getting my order quickly. I highly recommend getting a Starbucks gift card and registering it online so you receive a free birthday deals and other specials throughout the year. I also use the mobile app to pay often and think it's great.

    Love this Starbucks! They always make the drinks perfectly and the staff is well trained. Drive thru can be hit or miss, taking up to ten minutes when it's really busy. But the drinks made here are the best so I love this location.

    This is a great Starbucks location! They've recently remodeled and added an outdoor patio area as well as a screened-in patio area. Every time I come here, the staff are always very friendly and attentive. The lounge area is very nice, with a good number of tables and couches. One particularly good experience I had recently: I ordered from the drive-thru and it moved very quickly. About 10 minutes later, as I was pulling out of the Target parking lot, my iced coffee tipped over the cup holder and spilled all over the floor of my car (Trenta sized ice coffee in a shallow cup holder, not a good mix). Well, I went back through the drive-thru and, as I pulled up to the speaker, I hear "Welcome back!" I ordered the same coffee drink and pulled up to the window. The girl hands me the iced coffee and says "This one's on us." Needless to say, I will be coming back to this Starbucks. You can get the same coffee at any Starbucks, but the not the same staff.

    This is a great Starbucks location! They've recently remodeled and added an outdoor patio area as well as a screened-in patio area. Every time I come here, the staff are always very friendly and attentive. The lounge area is very nice, with a good number of tables and couches. One particularly good experience I had recently: I ordered from the drive-thru and it moved very quickly.
